Book and platform

AI is a business model question. Dressed up as a technology question.

The AI Board Method is the path for leadership teams to the strategic decisions AI now demands: business model and pricing, people and the next generation, bets and dependencies. With tools that let you decide, rather than merely diagnose.

Free and without obligation. Whoever is on the list reads the sample first and secures the founding member price.

Operationally, AI has arrived. One floor up, it is quiet.

Tools are running, training is running, the teams are experimenting. But where decisions are made about portfolio, prices, people and investment, the language is missing for what is brewing. In the short term, AI works as a productivity lever. Over three to five years it changes what a company sells, how it deploys its people and how it justifies its prices. The method is built for exactly that floor.

From the situation to the briefing

The method in one picture: five effects show the situation, four fields demand decisions, the off-site turns them into resolutions, and the briefing records them.

01
Productivity
Acceleration and a lift in quality wherever knowledge work recurs. The opportunity open to everyone.
02
Value shift
Value migrates from producing to judging. Seniority gains, provided it uses the tools itself.
03
Capability gap
Part of the workforce pulls ahead, part stays behind: the organisation with two speeds.
04
Price decay
Whatever customers recognise as standard loses price and volume. Real margins live on it today.
05
Governance as asset
Data protection and auditability acquire commercial weight and decide contracts.
the effects radar sorts the situation
The decisions
The leadership's table
Four fields in which AI demands answers, each with its own tools:
Business model & pricing
Stress test, pricing logic, new offerings
Organisation & people
Capacity dividend, juniors, roles
Bets & timing
Scenarios, build or buy, dependencies
Governance
Duty inwards, selling point outwards
the off-site decides
The day
The AI off-site
Four blocks, limited speaking time, resolutions with names and dates. The day that sets the agenda.

The document
The strategic briefing
Six sections, ten pages, updated every year: the document in which your AI strategy lives.

Five effects show the situation · four fields demand decisions · the off-site decides · the briefing records — and the communication tells inside and outside what has been decided.

The platform

A decision room, not a PDF folder.

The book explains the method. The platform makes it usable: 24 decision tools, guided and fillable, and at the end the generator assembles everything into your own strategic briefing, the document in which your company's AI strategy lives.

The whole book, always at hand

From foreword to afterword in the reader: searchable, on every device, in both languages.

24 decision tools

From the effects radar through the portfolio stress test to the dependency audit: every tool produces an artefact that stands up in a leadership meeting.

Strategic briefing generator

The centrepiece: assembles your tool results into a briefing in six sections, with versions for the leadership, the advisory board and the bank.

Off-site script

The day that sets the agenda: preparation, four blocks, resolutions. With all the papers for the session with your leadership team.

Strategy sparring

Put your questions to the whole book. The assistant answers from within the method and thinks along on your own case.

The quick check

The 20 questions for the leadership: yes, partly or no per question, and every no points to the chapter that closes the gap.

Stays current

Strategy content ages fast. The platform is continuously updated while the market and the models move.

MCP server

Connect the method to your own AI and apply the tools directly to your figures and documents.

MCP

Bring the method into your own AI.

The sister volume

The AI Board Method has a counterpart for the implementation level: The AI Lab Method answers how a company builds AI capability — governance in daily work, its own AI Lab, adoption across the workforce. The Lab does; the Board decides. The two books form a pair with no fixed order: each stands on its own, and their endings point at each other.
